TY-GD型系列數(shù)控刮打機(jī)床是為機(jī)械行業(yè)，中、小規(guī)格軸類零件加工而設(shè)計(jì)的通用機(jī)床。用來(lái)刮削軸兩端面和鉆兩端中心孔工序。

TY-MK120型數(shù)控鉚接機(jī)
TY-MK120型數(shù)控鉚接機(jī)是為變速箱后殼體兩種產(chǎn)品鉚接導(dǎo)油槽專門設(shè)計(jì)的專用機(jī)床,該機(jī)床由機(jī)座、床身、兩套夾具、橫梁、Z軸體、鉚頭等主要部件構(gòu)成。機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)為三個(gè)坐標(biāo)，橫梁左右運(yùn)動(dòng)為X軸，主軸（鉚頭）上下運(yùn)動(dòng)為Z軸，橫梁前后運(yùn)動(dòng)為Y軸，X與Y兩坐標(biāo)軸可以聯(lián)動(dòng)，Z軸為液壓控制，不可與另兩軸同時(shí)移動(dòng)。機(jī)床配置FANUC 0i Mate數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，X軸和Y軸由AC伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。該機(jī)床可滿足工序質(zhì)量、節(jié)拍要求，并有效的提高生產(chǎn)效率。
