自GE完成對國際兩家金屬增材制造巨頭Concept Laser和ARCAM的收購之后，GE航空在增材制造領(lǐng)域的開發(fā)速度可謂是一日千里，原GE航空的增材制造業(yè)務負責人，也是GE增材制造燃油噴嘴的項目負責人的Greg Morris表示5到10年間將完成飛機引擎的大型部件打印，而在德國formnext展會上，新成立的GE Addtive推出了成型尺寸為1m*1m的大型金屬打印原型機。國內(nèi)最早可能見到這款設備需要等到3月1日-3日在上海新國際博覽中心舉辦的亞洲3D打印、增材制造展覽會(TCT亞洲展)上。據(jù)悉， TCT亞洲展上，除GE外，國際金屬增材制造廠商—德國EOS、英國Renishaw、德國SLM Solutions、德國通快、法國AddUP、及荷蘭Additive Industries都將悉數(shù)到場。
