記者從紹興市柯橋區經信局獲悉，2017年柯橋區有9只項目列入省技改重點項目計劃，107只項目列入市“機器換人”技改重點項目計劃。通過加大技改投入，推動了產業結構調整和優化升級，智能制造水平和畝均效益也得到彰顯。
在浙江精功精密制造有限公司，年產25萬臺機柜的智能化生產線一期最近剛剛投產，在廠區內的機柜自動化生產線上，10多臺機械臂一刻不停地忙碌著，精準安裝每一個零部件，這條生產線集信息化、數字化、智能化和自動化為一體，技術處于國內領先，可年產25萬臺機柜。機器換人使原先需要2000多人才能完成的工作量，目前只需要100多個工作人員，減少了近95%的勞動力。

在浙江梅輪電梯股份有限公司二期項目的數字化電梯生產車間內，一只只機械臂忙碌著，工人只要輕按按鈕，產品就源源不斷地從生產線上生產出來，產品主要有自動扶梯系列、自動人行道系列、客梯、貨梯及主要電梯配件等，目前該生產車間的全自動化程度達到60%。
為鼓勵企業加快機器換人步伐，我區加大政策獎勵扶持力度，2017年，全區兌現印染集聚項目設備投入補助4835.39萬元，其它項目設備投入補助1288.4萬元，另外包括創新發展、信息化、綠色制造等資金近1000萬元。
