時隔不到兩天，外界還未弄清楚事件原因時，南京銀隆產業園又被法院解封，前后的變化讓外界始料未及。對于此次查封原因，法院稱，該項目的合作單位與銀隆在合同履行上存在分歧，合作單位向法院申請訴訟。
